Preparation & UsagePlace the frozen turkey leg in the refrigerator for at least 24 hours, or until it is completely thawed. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C). Place the thawed turkey leg in a roasting pan. Brush the turkey leg with melted butter or olive oil, and sprinkle with your choice of seasonings. Roast the turkey leg in the oven for about 1 1/2 to 2 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Remove the turkey leg from the oven and let it rest for about 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
