High quality product, no doubt about the freshness. The seasoning (gochugaru, garlic) is very strong and robust. I personally prefer my kimchi slightly more fermented and sour, but for ‘fresh’ kimchi, this is top tier. Four stars because I wish the packaging was slightly more resealable once opened fully.
